Great food stopped for lunch Sunday before heading out of town. Even brought extra chicken tenders for my 18 year old off the kids menu. Great tex mex, great service. We will return.
I was so sick recently and finally well enough to go out and get food without getting anyone else sick. I was trying to find Caldo De Res because that soup hits the spot when sick and brings back childhood memories. I called them after relentlessly calling multiple other restaurants and finally getting some. I went home and immediately dug in. Amazing. This soup tastes just like the way my grandma makes it (I’m not from corpus) and she’s hundreds of miles away. I want to say thank you for being so kind to me and making excellent food. I will continue to come here and order Caldo.
Beware the to-go breakfast tacos are very small . It's funny because if order a taco and dine in your tacos are a lot bigger. cooks are greedy with their eggs and bacon. This is been going on for a few years now but I finally switched to a different place for breakfast tacos. The breakfast tacos are the smallest tacos in Corpus christi. I recently started going to the Jalisco on Weber because they're not greedy with the bacon and eggs. Huge tacos. Be careful buying it to go tacos you will not be happy. Very little egg. Mostly tortilla. Check out this photo. I think it's a scam to save a little bit of money. But they're going to lose clients like me
